RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Returns will be accepted with 7 days of delivery and items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (and shipping back for an exchange).
  • Used items will not receive refunds.
  • Once the item returned is received (in new, unused condition), a full refund will be submitted, less the original shipping fees.
  • We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). 

If you are needing to request a cancellation, it must be completed within 7 days of purchase.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When should I expect to receive my order?

Once an order is placed, you can expect your order within about 3-4 weeks. Current lead times will be updated within the item description for any new products added.

How can I care for my products?

  • We suggest using a cloth (something smooth, non-abrasive) with warm, soapy water to wipe down any product purchased. 
  • Cleaners can break down the finish that has been applied, so try to avoid silicone based products. This will help keep the longevity of your item.
  • These products are not meant to be submerged in water or placed in a dishwasher. 
  • Be sure to use a coaster or a pad on your products, especially with hot items.

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! Most orders completed in shop are completely custom. Use the 'Contact Us' to reach out with your ideas, and we'll be sure to get back to you with a quote. Be sure to include the following:

  • a small description of the piece
  • approximate measurements
  • quantity
  • inspiration photos, if possible
